Dear Sir/Madam, I am trying to upload some tracks (.bed files) to genome browser, however, it’s not getting uploaded, giving some kind error message which are follwing:
1-File 'GSM879920_315BDAAXX.6.bed.gz' - Error line 1065072 of somefile.gz: chromEnd larger than chrom chr1 size (195472089 > 195471971) 2- File 'GSM879922_314G6AAXX.3.bed.gz' - Error line 843339 of somefile.gz: chromEnd larger than chrom chr1 size (195472203 > 195471971) Could you please help me to find out the problem, which may these files have?
