You might need to URL-encode your url inside the customText value.

http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/dencoder/

Although your browser might helpfully do it for you when you are typing
stuff into your URL window, the java program will probably not do it.
The java libraries are extensive and no doubt have a function to do this.
