Hello, I've previously asked how to download a list of all (Human) genes and their locations. I was told to use this datafile- ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/database/knownGene.txt.gz I have found genes that appear on your site but not in this file, such as IGHA2, IGHA1, IGKC. Is the knownGene file not complete?
