Good Morning Yec'han:

It appears that your MIRA assembler software is constructing a wiggle
file that defines data points outside of your sequence.  The wigToBigWig
is correctly interpreting the step size of 4 in the wiggle file, but it
is running out of sequence length to complete the last data point.
You should check your software that produces the wiggle file.  wigToBigWig
is correctly reporting the error.
