Hi again Luvina and Greg, I'm writing to you because I'm having a problem when visualizing some bigBed files I've included in my Track Hub.
I have a BED12 file, that looks like this (it is tab-separated): track name='example' description='Example Description' chr6 157447488 157496033 line1 + 960 157447488 157496033 0,0,205 3 243,89,179 0,25810,48366 ... I converted this BED12 file to a BigBed file using the bedToBigBed utility. Finally, I added the bigBed file into my Track Hub (below you can find the trackDb.txt section including this BigBed file): track example bigDataUrl example.bb shortLabel Track Hub Example longLabel Track Hub Example Description type bigBed visibility full In the attached picture you can see that the visualization of the BED12 and BigBed files as Custom Tracks, is totally different from the same BigBed file as part of the Track Hub. Could somebody please explain me how can I do to visualize the BigBed file in the Track Hub as it was a Custom Track? Thanks a lot in advance. Best regards, AmadÃs
