Hi Rob,

The Zv7 build (our danRer5) is in the process of getting archived (see
the announcement here:
https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/pipermail/genome-announce/2012-June/000253.html).

However, it will still be available on our preview machine for a bit longer:

http://genome-preview.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway?clade=vertebrate&org=Zebrafish&db=danRer5

After Zv7 disappears from there, it will still be possible to user our
liftOver tool (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver) to convert the
coordinates of the data from the publication to a later zebrafish
assembly version.

If you have further questions, or if you need help converting data
coordinates, please contact us again at [email protected].
