Hi Nick,

We don't have any experience with third-party file hosting services, so 
we can't give you any advice on them, but I can say that you definitely 
do not need to set up a local mirror.  At the most, you could set up a 
web server on your local system, but it's probably not necessary to do 
that, either.

Hopefully Davide's comments (and comments from any other user that might 
chime in) will help you find another way to host your files!
