Hi Ghislain, We have decided to reinstated the Zv6/danRer4 genome browser. It is available again on http://genome.ucsc.edu/. Thank you for writing to us and pointing out that the BAC End Pairs track is not available in the later zebrafish browsers, and letting us know that it is important to your work.
If you have further questions, please contact us again at [email protected]. -- Brooke Rhead UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group On 7/18/12 1:52 PM, Ghislain Breton wrote: > Hi > > I use to access the Zebrafish BAC end pairs sequences using the UCSC > browser but recently the only version containing it Zv6 was removed > from the pull down menu.
