Hello Andrew, For a custom track in the broadPeak format, minimally it look something like:
track type=broadPeak name=sampleBroadPeak chr1 19248 19315 . 0 . 12023.2 -1 -1 chr1 46886 46935 . 0 . 237.25 -1 -1 chr1 527371 527415 . 0 . 777.649 -1 -1 i.e. "track type=broadPeak" should work for loading custom tracks. If you have a broadPeak custom track with more complicated settings or are still having trouble getting your data to load please feel free to send it to us and we can troubleshoot. If you do not want to publicize your data to the mailing list, you can send it directly to me or to [email protected].
