Hi all, Thanks for your time. If I search for "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" using BLAT, I don't receive any hits. But it does seem to show up several times across several chromosomes. I am wondering why this might be the case (are highly repetitive sequences not in the search space?).
