This is not Xcode related, this is a stupidity of me.  -r3 of the ebuild
uses an eautoreconf, but the autotools aren't merged yet.  Skip the
"=portage-2.1.13.4415*" for now, the newer version doesn't autoreconf
any more.  Didn't think of this, stupid.
