Wait...  That wasn't necessary.  But anyhow.  I'm just uploading a new
tree-snapshot, that will get you a bit further anyway.

Maybe it's good to just start over at this stage.  Make sure you kill
all leftover crap.

Download the latest bootstrap script,
Follow the instructions on the website,
Before and after emerging portage (using emerge, not bootstrap) remove
usr/bin/sed in your prefix.

That should get you going.
