[gentoo-alt] sys-apps/util-linux dependency in app-text/build-docbook-catalog

Hello everyone !

I can see that the KEYWORDS are marked for other OS's in the prefix
build, but how can this be given it depends on sys-apps/util-linux and
that's hard masked ??
