I asked the same question a few days ago.  This particular package is just
a fake stub so that dependencies will be fulfilled.  2005.0 now builds
glibc 32-bit on its own.

Not all emul-* libraries are built in 2005.0 - so you may still need to
install some of them.  My guess is that they'll handle others in the same
manner, so the process should be transparent.
