You are right, I provided a lot of other informations, but this one. 
I just replied to myself, there I added all steps done and two error 
messages. Complete logs are respectively 3,2 MB and 1,6 MB. I can 
upload them to a site.

Here attached is a more verbose log of my last attempt, where I 
extracted three blocks reporting failures and errors, I hope it can 
reach the list.

I also 
read 
/var/tmp/portage/gcc-4.0.0/work/build/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/libstdc++-v3/config.log,
 
it reports various errors, but I'm quite clueless... (it's 18KB 
compressed)
