Compiling Gentoo on a P5 with 60MHz? I think you're a funny guy and I hope you have a lot of time. It will last about a week until you get a running system. Cross compile it on your opteron system or use another x86 machine (Pentium 3 or something) to compile and copy the running system to your old Pentium machine.
