Hmmm... doesn't the [1] at the end there mean it's using an ebuild in $PORTDIR_OVERLAY? Right now in portage there's only one ebuild, media-sound/grip-3.3.0 And I am using both USE flags, +nls & +oggvorbis. emerge --sync should get you the media-sound/grip-3.3.0 ebuild, that might help.
