This should point you in the right direction:
$grep ttyUSB /etc/udev/rules.d/*
/etc/udev/rules.d/50-udev.rules:KERNEL=="ttyUSB[0-9]*", NAME="%k", SYMLINK="tts/USB%n", GROUP="tty", MODE="0660"
