Let say it as such. If you consistently have filesystem errors that
require user intervention something is seriously wrong. There are a
number of possible causes:
- - Broken harddisk
- - Broken filesystem driver (unlikely, but try to recompile your kernel
  from scratch anyway)
- - Broken shutdown process. If your disks are not properly unmounted at
  shutdown, it could cause these issues.
