Well, if you include hotmail (which doesn't do threading of any kind) you might be getting close. On the other hand, if you surveyed the people who actually read this list, my guess is that the majority are using software that pays attention to the references header. I typically use thunderbird, and it does, and as a result this thread appeared hijacked. I wish I could keep it from merging identical subjects into the same thread.
