[gentoo-catalyst] Dokey and default language

Hi to all

In my livecd, I'd like to set the default language to italian  
(instead of en) without using the dokeymap.
Is there a way for doing this?
At least would be ok also showing the keymap, but using italian as  
default after countdown.
