For the record: Since the dependencies were created from packages.build in the profile, i added something like " -virtual/libc sys-libs/uclibc " there ad after that dependency resolving worked. It failed some time later with gcc. I also talked to agaffney on IRC and it seems that without any hacks like this it is not possible to build uclibc stages from a glibc seed, and with hacks like this it is not guaranteed to work lateron (the last half sentence was not discussed with him, but what i experienced).
