I'm working the kinks out of my first livecd run (as you may have
gathered from my 9ceebbf fix last night ;), and I just bumped into
#355995 [1]. Error messages during my livecd-stage2:

./tmp/kmerge.sh: line 248: /sbin/update-modules: No such file or directory
  …
./tmp/post-kmerge.sh: line 10: /sbin/depscan.sh: No such file or directory
  …
  /…/catalyst/targets/livecd-stage2/livecd-stage2-controller.sh: line 185:
/…/catalyst/targets/support/bootloader-setup.sh: Permission denied

at which point the run crashed. I'm digging through these now, but
hints from more experienced folks would be helpful ;). To avoid
things like this scrolling past without notice, it might be a good
idea to add `set -e` to our Bash scripts.

Cheers,
Trevor
