Im trying to compile a bunch of R packages and I keep having problems
because I am missing the glib-config and gtk-config programs.. What
package are these included with? There doesn't seem to be much
documentation online about this issue.

glib-config is in dev/libs/glib, according to qpkg. Don't know about gtk-config. What specific programs are you trying to compile?
