BTW, I've got an ebuild prepared for Goto BLAS. Currently we're reworking eselect blas/lapack to be a bit less of a hack, but it should show up sometime soon. If you need it now, try my overlay [1] and use blas-config rather than eselect blas. It hasn't received much testing besides installing in a way that look reasonable.
