profiles/arch: set special/custom ADA_TARGET for non-amd64 Older ADA_TARGET(s) don't have an old enough dev-lang/ada-bootstrap available, so mask them to facilitate keywording of dev-ada/*. Specifically: * ada_target_gnat_2021 * ada_target_gcc_12 * ada_target_gcc_13 So, just as we masked them earlier, let's set an appropriate ADA_TARGET default for such arches (i.e. set gcc_14). dev-lang/ada-bootstrap starts for all arches at gcc:14, hence ada_target_gcc_14.
