dev-python/minidb: revbump to fix vdb breakage
Commit 85dab0e18944605c7417a6f758edcf4f3021b910 adds PYTHON_REQ_USE in
place which introduces a new runtime dependency on python. Revbump to
fix possible vdb breakage.
