repositories: Change 'gentoo' contact address to bug-wranglers <AT> g.o
Make bug-wranglers@ the 'contact' for Gentoo repository. This address is
used for bug assignment, and therefore bug-wranglers make most sense as
the proxy for all kinds of incoming bugs.
