net-analyzer/nagios: new version 4.2.4 to fix CVE-2016-9566. As part of this (otherwise routine) new version, I've also removed the pkg_postrm() message telling users that this package's dependencies won't be removed. That's nothing unusual, and doesn't warrant notification in my opinion.
