profiles: Unmask new libgit2-glib and gitg from GNOME 3.24 cycle

They are independent enough from the rest of GNOME (mostly thanks to
gtk+ being LTS at 3.22 with no further major releases before gtk4),
and slight testing shows that for others the new libgit2-glib works
just fine with GNOME 3.22 versions like gedit-plugins and gnome-builder.
gitg-3.22 would probably work fine with the new libgit2-glib too, but
has an explicit safety MAX version check in configure, so just unleash
it too.
