Revert "Revert "profiles: drop USE=cracklib from base/make.defaults."" This reverts commit 33c557d89ec3d6849ac9e8da3fe3bfaa940a1e1a. Now that there are IUSE defaults for sys-apps/shadow, sys-auth/pambase, and sys-libs/pam, I think everyone is happy.
