package.mask: finally remove no longer relevant ALSA snapshot masks

These packages were initially masked because they were snapshots. Then
most snapshots were replaced by proper releases which were broken, so
the mask was extended to them, too. Eventually alsa-plugins was
discovered to have silently been tagged and was added to the tree. But
it was also masked just as a precaution which wasn't supposed to be for
a long time. Unfortunately no one then followed up to unmask it.

This and previous commits clean up the masked packages that have been
superseded by a newer package and for the first time unmasks
alsa-plugins 1.2.5 which never deserved to be masked in the first place
(that we know of - we'll see if the caution was warranted soon enough).
