sys-fs/dwarfs: experiment: eradicate lib flood
I figured out how to build the whole project
(but not it's dependencies) as statically linked,
therefore there is no more dwarfs_compression.so
nether text relocation bugs.
The project still use system-installed libs such
as app-arch/zstd as shared.
