sys-kernel/asahi-sources: add 6.8.6_p1
The asahi GPU driver builds with rust 1.76 and 1.77.
Other changes:
- handle asahi tags for stable releases
- Save the sources as "linux-${TAG}.tar.gz" (i.e.
linux-asahi-6.8.6-1.tar.gz) to share the tarball with the asahi-kernel
ebuild in a ebuild overlay
