sci-astronomy/wcslib: use ver_cut to produce SLOT Previously, bumping to 8.x caused the SLOT to temporarily lag behind because I didn't pay attention. Later fixed, by bumping the hardcoded version, but... upstream rigorously guarantees semver: https://www.atnf.csiro.au/people/mcalabre/WCS/wcslib/versioning.html So we can use ver_cut to directly derive the correct slot from the major version, which ensures that doesn't happen again.
