Since the list has been quiet I figured I pose this.
As many of you may know Amarok has the ability to generate a fingerprint from an MP3 and find out meta information about the file (ie song title, group, record). Amarok uses tunepimp and musicbrainz to do this.
However, Gentoo devs, removed the musicbrainz flag from amarok due to a security hole in tunepimp.

So, curiosity got the best of me and I modified the ebuild to allow for a the musicbrainz USE flag, and the button (fill-in-tags-using-musicbrainz) did appear to be functional. However, it just hangs.

Does anybody have a better solution, short of waiting for tunepimp to be fixed.
