mm.. ok you are right.

for compress a lot of files with gzip or bzip2 you must first archive them
with an "archiver" (eg. tar).

but the fact that a few archiving/compressing utilies (like bzip) are flying 
in sys-apps that being able to be in a more specific classification.

perhaps making app-arch more ambiguous...
