Hi, I'm going to create a portage-tools herd for the packages in app-portage, as they don't fall under any other herd and aren't dev-portage territory, but new bugs get assigned to dev-portage which is rather annoying. If there aren't any objections I'll create the herd and the metadata files this weekend. Everyone who wants to join the herd tell me and I'll add you (or add yourself after the herd is created).
