The reason I question this is the prior discussions that we've had on a
future FEATURES="noman noinfo nodoc" thingy.  Or was that a USE flag
thing.  Either way, it seemed as though man, info and docs were going to
become optional.  In that sense, then, I'd rather make this a USE based
post-install to glibc, coreutils etc etc
