It'd be nice to have a fonts herd to get control over all the stuff in media-fonts.
Since sharefonts and ttf-bitstream-vera are maintained by gnome herd right now, I'd suggest a move to fonts herd as primary maintainers and gnome herd as secondary maintainers. So GNOME people, let me know whether you want primary or secondary maintainership, or any other issues you have. Anyone else who's maintaining something in media-fonts and doesn't have a metadata.xml, here's your chance.
