Hi All,

I've asked this before, and I have to ask it again.

PLEASE DO NOT STABILIZE PACKAGES FOR ARCHES YOU CANNOT TEST FOR.

If you need a package changed, talk to the arch team in question. Very
often, packages get their keywords adjusted without testing and without
checking to see if the dependencies of the keywords are met.

This happens all the time, and it is very frustrating for non-x86 people
to have to always go through the tree and fix these problems. It's even
more frustrating to have users be the ones telling us about this.

If you can't take the time to do a little simple QA until repoman has this
support added, then please please please don't touch the arch keywords
(or expect to be hearing from me).
