I guess I should clarify. The module loading as done by devfs does not work in 2.6. I know devfs is depreciated but you can still build 2.6 with devfs support and devfs is supposed to load modules on demand. This is the module auto-loading I was referring to. I haven't looked at udev yet and tried to get 2.6 to work completely because I don't feel like sitting in front of my PC for days trying to get it to work. -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
