A lot of ebuilds are turning up with screwy DEPEND vs. RDEPEND settings.
When working with ebuilds, please keep in mind that RDEPEND should
contain everything that needs to merge when installing from a tbz2
binary package, but that's all -- anything else is cruft. DEPEND should
contain everything needed to build and install the package.
Incorrect RDEPEND settings are a serious detriment to QA and screw up
GRP.
Additionally, anyone using newdepend shouldn't -- use DEPEND="${DEPEND}
package1 package2..." instead.
The developer questionnaire has also been updated to bring this up.
