I like it. In General its always up to the site maintainer, ofc. But
this would get rid of beasts like /chroot in favour of /srv/bind , 
Which is far more usable in my view.

Don't get me started on /var for site specific data ( /var  is shared
across NFS along with / on some systems. But no, we must overlay-bind
parts from /var due to somones marvellous idea that we shall store site
specific data on it, not system... *mutter*)

In all, I'm very much in favour of /srv.
