Mike, This is a nice feature but... can you include the CVS log in this parsing? Most projects I know have that habit... every commit of mine includes bug numbers unless there are no relevant bugs that apply but I see no reason to clutter the changelog with that info. For that matter I've always though the ChangeLog file should be auto generated from the cvs log in the first place if it is meant to be that complete, the fact it isn't makes me think I'd rather be putting directly consumable information in it.
