The recent virus that's going around is causing quite a few problems. Including being posted to a couple of lists, and generating a great deal of bounce messages. The infrastructure team is working on the problem, and is trying to resolve this as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please let me know. My suggestions:
1) Completly block emails with attachments (exclude gpg signatures, they can be attached too), a mailing list doesnt need this. Logs can be inline, binaries can be uploaded.
2) Mails with attachments have to be moderator approved
3) Make an attachment whitelist and block all other mails
4) Only allow gpg signed mails
