[gentoo-dev] Short kernel@ objectives.

For the coming year, the immediate objectives are as follows:

> Migrate all existing ebuilds to kernel-2 and linux-* eclasses.
> Push 2.6 for default where possible for headers and sources.
> Consolidate appropriate source packages.
  ie: dev-sources -> vanilla-sources,
      gentoo-dev-sources -> gentoo-sources.
> Further improve our current eclass framework to better support:
  - Additional kernels (fbsd, darwin etc)
  - Headers
> Start sanity checks for 2.7 prep

There is plenty more detail, but as grant requested, the gentoo projects
are quite fragmented as of late due to the amount of work involved under
each project. Its nice to tie some of it all together again.
