Possible. Thing is, that doesn't solve the "we can't run this test on
this arch because it uses libunportablecrap for its test suite" issue. A
TDEPEND with a "if we can't resolve these deps, warn and skip test on
the arch in question" is one possible approach, but I don't like it
enough to ask our friendly portage people about an implementation...
