No, only ViewCVS.
2) Where do I find the source to the gentoolkit package?
I couldn't find it under gentoo-src or gentoo-projects
in viewcvs.
Almost everything (if not everything) in gentoolkit is a bash, perl, or python script. The executable *is* the source.
