Hello all, Unless there are objections, I will add the new global "USE" flag "emboss". EMBOSS is the European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite. Six packages in Portage currently offer optional support for EMBOSS:
sci-biology/aaindex sci-biology/cutg sci-biology/prints sci-biology/prosite sci-biology/rebase sci-biology/transfac This flag will be enabled by default and provided by "sci-biology/emboss". I have a question about the way I should get the necessary profiles to be modified.
